ESG-related professionals in sustainability, R&D, auditing, carbon inventory, and accounting participate in the 'ICEA International ESG Auditor' certification training course to jointly promote ESG implementation and development

1. The Taiwan R&D Management Professionals Association, in collaboration with JACKSOFT and the International ICAEA Association, is organizing the ICEA International ESG Auditor Certification Training Course, which meets international standards: "Implementing ESG Auditing with AI Intelligence." This course offers hands-on practice and has received great reviews. An additional session has been scheduled for October 2024. We welcome enthusiastic registrations.

2. The 2023 version of the International COSO Framework has incorporated ESG into the "Internal Control – Integrated Framework." The Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) of Taiwan has issued new "Internal Control System Guidelines" in 2024, requiring listed companies to incorporate sustainability information into internal controls and make it a mandatory audit item starting from 2025. Beginning in 2024, the competent authorities will expand the review of sustainability reports and access the audit working papers. Non-compliance will affect the corporate governance evaluation score, and in severe cases, the auditing institutions will face penalties.

3. To improve the quality of sustainability information, combat greenwashing, and enhance corporate market trust, the course covers ESG frameworks and standards, ESG auditing expertise, and hands-on operation of JCAATs AI auditing software. Internationally certified instructors will guide ESG audit practice exercises. Upon completing the course, participants can take the ICEA International ESG Auditor certification exam. 4. The ICEA International ESG Auditor certification is issued by the International Computer Auditing Education Association (ICAEA) in Canada. It is a professional certification for experts with advanced skills in computer auditing. This course lasts for three days and adopts a small class teaching format, limited to 15 participants.
