研究中心緣起

The development goal of our University Institutional Research Center is to become a key pillar of strategic decision-making, leveraging data-driven analysis and research to enhance the university’s sustainable management efficiency. At the same time, it aims to promote achievements in educational quality, research innovation, and social responsibility. Each division within the center plays its role in providing high-quality data and in-depth analysis, supporting the university in making informed and forward-looking decisions amid a rapidly changing external environment.

Key Responsibilities

數據驅動的決策支援：收集、整理、分析和解釋校內外各類數據，提供具體且可操作的報告與建議，幫助學校領導層在資源配置、學術發展、學生支持及校園基礎設施等領域做出最優決策。
系統化數據管理：建立和維護一個集成化的校務數據系統，確保數據的準確性、一致性和安全性。透過完整的數據存取工具，可支持學校各部門利用數據進行決策和規劃。
促進永續發展：以數據分析為基礎，制定並推動與永續發展相關的策略，確保大學在環境、社會及經濟責任方面達到可持續的發展。
