The development goal of our University Institutional Research Center is to become a key pillar of strategic decision-making, leveraging data-driven analysis and research to enhance the university’s sustainable management efficiency. Each division within the center plays its role in providing high-quality data and in-depth analysis, supporting the university in making informed and forward-looking decisions amid a rapidly changing external environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Decision Support
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret various internal and external data to provide concrete and actionable reports and recommendations. This supports university leadership in making optimal decisions regarding resource allocation, academic development, student support, and campus infrastructure.
- Systematic Data Management
- Establish and maintain an integrated institutional data system to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. Through comprehensive data access tools, support various university departments in utilizing data for decision-making and planning.
- Promote Sustainable Development
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies based on data analysis to ensure the university achieves sustainable development in environmental, social, and economic responsibilities.
